Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

HMD Global, a global leader in mobile technology, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and operational support.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive operational efficiency - Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining customer satisfaction - Support the implementation of new systems and tools to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience - Monitor key performance indicators and take proactive measures to meet or exceed targets

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems - Driven and confident personality traits - Attention to detail and innovation as soft skills - Must be located in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland
