Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for Sales Advisors in our store in Helsinki, who are motivated and excited to join our growing brand with quality and customer experience at its core. Key responsibilities:To always put our customers first! You work actively to increase sales and contribute to creating the best possible customer experience for everyone visiting the store while always supporting your team. Keep updated and share information on size, fit, materials, garment care, the story of our products and styling options with customers. Processing our customer transactions at the cash desk. Receiving and processing our deliveries. Helping to prepare our Season Sales and regular seasonal campaigns.QualificationsWhat you need to succeed:We are a diverse group that takes pride in our work, and we are looking for individuals who share our passion for providing excellent customer service. You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way.
