Senior Specialist

We are now looking for a Senior Specialist to strengthen our Customer projects & System support team who can help us to continuously improve Volue’s ability to provide value to customers in line with the Volue mission. 

You will play a crucial role in driving implementation projects and managing challenging unit deliveries. You will act as a technical support expert for our sales and product management teams, participate in the tendering process, and engage in customer meetings

Your strong knowledge of the energy market and Volue product offerings will enable you to define, document, and implement necessary changes to existing models as well as design new ones. You will leverage your expertise in various applications to ensure seamless service production and manage dependencies between systems.

In addition to technical responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to lead as a project manager in demanding projects, bringing your organizational skills and problem-solving abilities to the forefront.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

• being in charge of parametrisation of EMS and/or IXS systems
• being a project manager or project group member in implementation projects
• providing technical support to sales and product management teams
• participating in tendering processes and customer meetings
• providing support for daily operations

   
  

What you need to succeed:

• MSc or B.Eng in Energy or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant university degree with equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the energy market sector.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Finnish and English.
• Ability to produce high-quality documentation in the above languages
• In-depth knowledge of energy markets and strong IT proficiency.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong interaction skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently within agreed operating processes.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to meet target schedules

The position reports to Lead Specialist, Customer Projects & System Support. We are looking to hire for Volue office in Helsinki, Porvoo, Pori or Tampere.
