About the Role We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Sales Excellence team as a Summer Trainee. This role will involve managing the rhythm of business guidance, coordinating pre-work and follow-up from meetings, and assisting with event and travel organization. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to continue as a part-time employee beyond the summer period. This position is based in Espoo, Finland. Duration: This is a summer trainee position with the possibility of transitioning to a part-time role after the summer period. You will: You are part of Sales Excellence team, working closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams. Your main tasks are following: Rhythm of Business Management: Coordinate and manage the rhythm of business (ROB) activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and prepare materials for meetings. Assist in tracking action items and follow-up tasks arising from meetings. Event and Travel Organization: Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, and conferences. Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Maintain event calendars and communicate details to relevant stakeholders. Administrative Tasks: Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint to create and manage documents, presentations, and schedules. Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing files. Project Management: Assist in managing larger projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality. Collaborate with team members to drive project success. About You: Superb organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. Visual talent (e.g., graphic design skills) is a plus.
