For this position we are looking for a trainee who feels comfortable working independently, is interested in developing and sharing ideas, wanting to develop concepts into plans and pilots, and with a curious mindset. Your tasks will include, but not be limited to: Support the research, structuring, and writing of the toolkit for student engagement in international educational collaboration, due in November 2024, Conceptualisation, development and piloting of the International Engagement Fair (aiming to create a fair to foster awareness, engagement, and interest in international communities for all students at the university), and Supporting the daily work of student empowerment activities in Una Europa We expect you to have fluency in spoken and written English. Other language skills are an asset. You have a proactive way of working and good communication and excellent teamwork skills. Experience in communications or event management is an advantage.   Why work for us? The duration of a traineeship is 1 September to 31 December 2023 (four months) of part-time (50%) work, leaving time for studies as well.
