Your main task as a trainee will be supporting the Master’s Programme in Changing Education.  Your task will include writing memos of meetings, developing services for international students, helping to welcome new students to the programme, to prepare events etc. These and other possible student administration tasks can be assigned to you according to your interests. You will be based at the Central Campus, mainly in Siltavuori. You have excellent written and spoken English. You are a good team player with a proactive and independent attitude. We offer opportunities to improve coordination and quality of the programme as a member of an enthusiastic team. During this traineeship, you will be closely working with the team members, programme director, education coordinator and the steering group. Why work for us? We will provide you with an introduction to university administration and services. You will learn how student advising is organized and gain an understanding of the field in which we work. The duration of a traineeship is 1 September to 31 December 2024 (four months) of part-time (50%) work, leaving time for studies as well. The salary of a trainee is €700 per month for a part-time (50%) trainee. In addition, we are involved in preparing and coordinating strategic decision-making related to university education.
