We are currently looking for a high-performing Spare Part Sales Engineer. In this role you will be a part of Thruster Spare Part Sales team for Global Customer Support.

Responsibilities

• Preparing spare part quotations based on customer inquiries and our technical recommendations
• Supporting customer through the whole process
• Identifications of spare parts
• Coordination and co-operation with technical departments, customer support, sales, supply chain, warehouse and logistics
• Monitoring progress in achieving goals and ensure that sales targets and KPI’s are met
• Collaborate with Spare Part Sales Teams
• Continuous improvement and development of the process related to the sale of spare parts

Qualifications and experience

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial field
• An understanding of the shipbuilding or engineering industry, as well as the ability to read drawings and previous experience in international trade is considered an advantage
• Fluent spoken and written English

• Understand the client’s needs, identify solutions required by the client and prepare an appropriate offer
