Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Optomed is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to work from home in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and maintaining relationships with key accounts.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. 3. Assist with onboarding new clients, providing training and support as needed to ensure a smooth transition. 4. Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and engagement metrics, proactively addressing any concerns to prevent client churn. 6. Collate feedback from clients to inform product development and improvements. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Demonstrated experience in customer service or account management. 3. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Resourceful and resilient attitude towards problem-solving. 6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure. 7. Strong people management skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
