Job Description - Customer Success Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Success Manager to join our team at Qt Group in Helsinki, Uusimaa. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer success, satisfaction, and retention. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, address any issues, and ensure they are receiving maximum value from our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business goals and challenges - Provide guidance and support to customers on best practices for using our products - Proactively monitor customer health and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction and uncover potential growth opportunities - Utilize research skills to stay current on industry trends and customer needs - Adapt to changing customer requirements and provide innovative solutions to meet their needs


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers - Excellent research skills to understand customer needs and industry trends - Adaptability to changing customer requirements and a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field


Personality Traits: - Dedicated to customer success and satisfaction - Resilient in the face of challenges and setbacks


Soft Skills: - Ability to conduct thorough research to understand customer needs - Adaptability to changing customer requirements and a fast-paced environment
