Online Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Call Center Assistant to join our team at Varjo in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online channels such as chat, email, and social media. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services through online communication channels - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and suggestions for improvement

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Hardworking and reliable individual with strong communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues - Critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions - Proficiency in using online communication tools and software - High school diploma or equivalent required
