Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Enevo is seeking a passionate and reliable Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Vantaa, Uusimaa. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our web chat platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information via web chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management and problem-solving abilities - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Reliable and able to work independently - Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
