Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Measur is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Operations Associate to join our remote team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As an associate-level position, the Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the company. This is a part-time position, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week, and the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including but not limited to data entry, scheduling, and administrative tasks. - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments. - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. - Assist in project management and coordination of tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - 2+ years of experience in operations or a related field. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
