Solita, a leading technology consultancy company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting various operational functions within the company to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and managing various operational tasks and projects - Support in data analysis and reporting to optimize operational processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Help in implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures - Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a relevant field - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong decision-making and teamwork skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software
