Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Bittium, a leading provider of mission-critical communications and connectivity solutions, is seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team in Turku, FI. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of our online platform, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience - Collaborate with various teams to identify and implement improvements to the online platform - Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on key indicators - Assist in customer support activities, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Contribute to the development and execution of online marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving - Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience in people management and working effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in relevant software and online tools - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
