Online Operations Associate

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient individual to join our team at Third Space Auto as an Online Operations Associate. This part-time entry-level position is located in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI.

Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day operations of the online platform - Manage inventory and ensure products are accurately listed - Monitor sales and analyze trends to optimize performance - Provide excellent customer service via chat, email, and phone - Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders - Collaborate with marketing team to create promotions and campaigns - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
