Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Online Operations Associate to join our team at Supercell in Tampere, Finland. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for supporting our online operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our online platforms. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain the performance of our online platforms, including website, apps, and other digital tools - Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise and work with the IT team to resolve them in a timely manner - Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless user experience across all online channels - Assist in the implementation of new features and updates to our online platforms - Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization - Communicate with customers and address any queries or concerns they may have related to our online services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations to continuously improve our processes

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in online operations or a related field - Strong communication and cooperation skills - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online tools and platforms - Excellent problem-solving skills - Flexibility to work remotely and handle different tasks as needed
