Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Raisio plc is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a relevant field, along with strong teamwork and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage day-to-day operations remotely - Assist with project management tasks - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations - Develop and implement process improvements - Analyze data to drive decision-making - Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 3+ years of experience in operations or a relevant field - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and reliable work ethic - Ability to adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
