Operations Associate

Job Description: Cargotec is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business. This role requires a high level of independence and reliability, as well as strong adaptability and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing materials - Coordinate shipments and deliveries with logistics partners - Support the operations team with data entry and document management - Assist with quality control processes to ensure products meet the company's standards - Help maintain a clean and organized work environment - Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvement initiatives

Requirements: - 4 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field - Independent and reliable work ethic - Strong adaptability and time management skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
