Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Konecranes, a global leader in manufacturing and servicing industrial cranes and lifting equipment, is seeking a motivated and passionate Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Entry Level Remote Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our remote operations team with various tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing remote operations for our industrial cranes and lifting equipment - Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery - Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed - Monitor and track equipment performance remotely - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Assist in data analysis and reporting for operational improvements - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field - 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively - Must be eligible for visa sponsorship in Finland
