Operations Associate

Job Description:

Canatu is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team in Vantaa, Finland. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. This position is part-time and ideal for someone who is looking to gain experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the management of daily operational tasks such as inventory management, supply chain coordination, and production scheduling - Support the Operations Manager in implementing process improvements and efficiency measures - Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products - Assist in data analysis and reporting to help identify areas for improvement - Participate in cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence - Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the organization

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Resourceful and able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment - Critical thinking and attention to detail are essential - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems is a plus
