Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and confident Operations Associate to join our team at Rovio Entertainment in Turku. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for a variety of operational tasks to support the efficiency and effectiveness of our organization.

Responsibilities: - Assist with daily operations including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and vendor communication - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency - Assist in the planning and execution of company events and initiatives - Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation - Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - 4+ years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Persuasion skills and a strong drive to achieve results - A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
