Operations Associate

Job Description:

Bittium is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. This entry-level position is perfect for a driven and energetic individual with at least 1 year of experience. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing, organizing, and executing various operational tasks. 2. Support the team in streamlining processes and improving efficiency. 3. Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless operations. 4. Help with inventory management and maintenance of supplies. 5. Contribute to problem-solving and creative solutions for operational challenges. 6. Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for staff. 7. Participate in meetings and provide input on operational strategies. 8. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment. 9. Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and creativity. 4. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. 5. Ability to work well in a team and independently. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 7. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 8. Must be driven and energetic.
