Operations Associate

Job Description:

Altia, a leading company in the beverage industry, is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in operations and possess a driven and resilient personality. Strong soft skills in innovation and analysis are also key requirements for this position.

Responsibilities: - Support day-to-day operations and process improvement projects - Assist with inventory management and supply chain logistics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency - Analyze data and provide insights to drive strategic business decisions - Contribute to the development and implementation of operational best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in operations or a related role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
