Operations Associate

Job Description:

F-Secure is looking for a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Espoo, Finland. As an Entry Level Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our company. We are seeking hardworking and energetic individuals who are passionate about technology and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities: - Assist in various operational tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping - Support the team in conducting research and analysis as needed - Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments - Assist in drafting and sending out internal communications - Help maintain inventory and track supplies - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in the office

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but willingness to learn is essential - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to research and gather information effectively
