Operations Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team at 10Monkeys in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including but not limited to logistics coordination, inventory management, and vendor relations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation processes - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvements - Support the implementation of strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs - Prepare reports and presentations for management review

Requirements: - Proven track record of being hardworking and reliable - Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
