Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

MariaDB is seeking a remote Operations Associate to join our dynamic and innovative team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating internal and external meetings, events, and conferences - Manage calendars and schedules for executive team members - Process and track invoices, expenses, and other financial paperwork - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed - Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations - Assist with project management tasks as assigned - Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals - Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as they arise

Requirements: - Proven experience in a similar role for at least 2 years - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong project management skills - High emotional intelligence and ability to work well in a team - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
