Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description: Varjo, a leading virtual and mixed reality technology company based in Helsinki, is seeking an Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to various departments within the company - Assist with project management tasks, including scheduling meetings and organizing agendas - Help coordinate logistics for company events and conferences - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to operations - Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve efficiency - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning - Assist with data entry and record keeping tasks as needed - Communicate with external partners and vendors to coordinate activities and ensure timely delivery of goods and services - Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a similar role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Energetic personality with a dedicated work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and innovate solutions to complex problems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience with project management tools is a plus
