Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Operations Associate to join our team at Bittium. This is a part-time remote position based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI, with the flexibility to work from home. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company.

**Responsibilities:** - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations - Handle data entry and maintain accurate records - Assist with scheduling and planning meetings - Provide administrative support to the operations team - Monitor and report on key performance indicators - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains

**Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or related field - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Creativity and strong planning skills - Ability to work independently and be resilient in a fast-paced environment
