Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Account Support Representative to join our team at Basware. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the world. As an Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner 2. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations 3. Assist in onboarding new clients and provide training on our products and services 4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to clients 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system 6. Contribute to the development of customer service best practices and processes

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to persuade others 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
