Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Next Games is seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Officer to join our team in Turku, Finland. As a leading mobile game developer, Next Games is committed to creating engaging and innovative gaming experiences for players around the world. We are looking for a Client Relations Officer who will help us maintain strong relationships with our clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions to any issues that may arise - Monitor client feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams for continuous improvement of our products and services - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration of our products - Track and report on key client metrics and performance indicators to management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role within the gaming industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism - Strong cooperation and people management skills - Experience working with CRM systems and other client management tools
