Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Hilton in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 2. Train, supervise, and support customer service representatives. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve them. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Analyze data and feedback to identify trends and develop improvement plans. 7. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to customer service team members. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. Confident and driven personality traits. 2. Emotional intelligence and research skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven track record of successfully managing a customer service team. 5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
