Job Description:
Yeply, a leading technology company in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Officer to join our remote team on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately answer customer inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
