Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

M-Files is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. We are looking for independent and passionate individuals who possess strong teamwork and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to improve product quality - Participate in regular training and development programs to stay up-to-date on company products and services - Foster transparency and open dialogue for effective communication at all levels - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work well in a team and negotiate effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of IT and technical troubleshooting is a plus
