Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Measur is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Live Chat Officer to join our remote team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, independent, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our live chat platform - Analyze customer needs and provide solutions in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills - Proficiency with computer systems and technology - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
