Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Solita is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Live Chat Officer to join our team. This position is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. As an Associate Level Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions with clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. 3. Resilient and resourceful attitude with strong problem-solving skills. 4. Adaptability and innovation in handling customer inquiries. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
