Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Measur. This is a remote part-time position based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to provide accurate information and solutions to customers - Utilize planning skills to prioritize and manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist in maintaining and updating the knowledge base with relevant information - Work towards achieving key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Excellent planning and research skills - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Reliable and able to meet deadlines - Fluency in English and Finnish
