Job Description:
Rovio Entertainment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Turku, Finland. In this part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate client requests and ensure a seamless experience - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements to our online services - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies and initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client service
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Hardworking and resilient attitude with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction - Excellent decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Project management experience is a plus - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
