Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Hartwall, a leading company in the beverage industry, is seeking a part-time Account Support Officer to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, and the successful candidate will be motivated, resourceful, and possess strong planning and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the Accounts team in managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction - Assist in creating and maintaining customer records and reports - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address inquiries and resolve issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Assist in creating and updating sales projections and forecasts - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Motivated and resourceful individual with strong planning and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
