Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Louhia is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Associate to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of four years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and efficient manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges - Record customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention - Meet and exceed performance goals, including call volume and resolution metrics

Requirements: - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong planning and analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
