Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team at Optomed in Helsinki, FI. As an Associate Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers on their inquiries or resolve any issues. 3. Provide information about company products, services, and promotions to customers. 4. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 5. Document all customer interactions accurately in the call center database. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 7. Meet or exceed call center metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution. 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 9. Adhere to call center scripts and procedures to maintain consistency in customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong time management and research skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
