Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

We are looking for a Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Enevo. As a work-from-home position based in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI, this part-time role is perfect for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and professionally - Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in drafting proposals, agreements, and reports for clients - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and assess their satisfaction - Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients - Assist in identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the client relationship - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements: - Driven and resilient individual with strong communication skills - Excellent time management and planning abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and remotely while still being a team player - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred - Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
