Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description: HappyOrNot is seeking a talented Remote Client Service Manager to join our dynamic team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in client service management.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of remote clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. - Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing timely solutions. - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, proactively addressing any issues or concerns. - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver on client requests and projects. - Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client service. - Lead regular client meetings and check-ins to maintain communication and drive results. - Provide guidance and support to junior client service team members as needed.

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client service management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Proven ability in people management and time management - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
