Job Description:
Varjo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing personalized solutions and recommendations - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases as needed - Develop and maintain client relationships, building trust and loyalty through clear communication and reliable support - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the client experience - Track and report on key performance indicators related to client support, ensuring targets are met or exceeded - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support, implementing new ideas and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Resourceful and reliable, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership - Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously - Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
