Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Third Space Auto is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to work remotely from home in Turku, Varsinais-Suomi, FI. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service, be independent, hardworking, and possess excellent teamwork and planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service experiences. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Train and coach customer service representatives to improve their skills and performance. 7. Provide regular reports to management on customer service performance and trends. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.

Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in customer service. 2. Proven track record of managing a team of customer service representatives. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
