Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Success Associate at Enevo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to drive their success with our products and services. This position is part-time and located in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI.
Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and goals - Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to help customers maximize the value of our products - Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements - Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement or additional support - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills - Motivated and reliable, with a passion for customer success - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
