Job Description:
Wärtsilä is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will involve providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall success of the team. 6. Work towards achieving and exceeding set KPIs and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and hardworking individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. No prior experience required; training will be provided.
