Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Tamturbo in Tampere, Finland. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our customers through live chat interactions. This position is part-time, with an associate level of seniority, and requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns - Utilize a knowledge base to provide accurate information and solutions to customers - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor and respond to chat queues in a timely manner - Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the live chat function - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements: - Independent and reliable with the ability to work autonomously - Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others - Innovative mindset with a desire to continuously improve processes - Excellent written communication skills - Proficiency in the use of live chat software and other relevant tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience in customer service or a related field
