Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Bittium is seeking a passionate and driven Live Chat Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through live chat communication.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat - Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Escalate complex issues to higher level support teams as needed - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service level agreements - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Strong written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strategic planning skills to prioritize and organize multiple tasks effectively - People management skills to interact with customers and team members professionally - No prior experience required - training will be provided
