Online Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

As an Online Contact Center Associate at Oura Ring, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries or concerns that our customers may have, and will be responsible for resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and assist with order processing - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner - Document customer interactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback on product improvements - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Resilient and adaptable to changing situations - Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively - Creative problem-solving skills - Knowledge of CRM systems and online communication tools - Availability to work part-time hours
