Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Outokumpu is looking for a dedicated Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Tampere, Finland. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with a driven and resourceful attitude, who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide product information, answer queries, and assist with any issues they may have - Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Monitor chat performance metrics and seek opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat software - Customer service experience is a plus but not required
